Millicent Odhiambo, Ed.D., LPC

Millicent holds a doctorate in education with a focus in Education Leadership from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Southeast Missouri State University. Millicent currently serves as the ADA Director and Section 504 Coordinator at KUMC. Prior to joining the KUMC team, she served as the Director for the Center for Behavioral Health and Accessibility at Southeast Missouri State University.
